How long should I rent a photo booth for a birthday party?

Two to three hours suits most birthday parties. Larger parties above about 100 guests are more comfortable with three to four.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. An attendant runs the booth, manages props and helps guests for the full rental.

Can the photos include my child's name and age?

Teenagers use the mirror without any explanation: they walk up, tap, and the animated prompts do the rest. Because sharing runs through a QR code, photos are on their phones and posted within seconds — which is usually the point. Group sessions keep the queue moving instead of stalling on one person at a time.

Milestone and adult birthdays

For a 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th, the mirror doubles as decor: a full-size gold-framed piece near the entrance that sets the tone as guests arrive. Overlays can carry the age, a nickname, a theme or a photo-worthy tagline, and the props table is easy to keep age-appropriate.

Surprise parties and timing

For a surprise, we set up and test before the guest of honour arrives, then keep the booth quiet until the reveal. Give us a start time and we will plan arrival around it — setup happens outside your rental hours, so nothing eats into the party.
