Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Deposits reserve your date and take it off the calendar for other clients. For that reason, deposits are non-refundable once your date has been confirmed.

Rescheduling

Need a new date? Let us know as early as possible. Deposits can be transferred once to a new available date within 12 months of the original event, subject to availability.

Cancellations

• More than 14 days before the event: any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
• 14 days or fewer before the event: the full balance is due and payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Event Realms

In the rare case we must cancel (illness, equipment failure, severe weather), you'll receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to reschedule.
