We’re preparing for a November 2026 launch. Here are the answers to the questions people ask most while we’re in pre-launch.
When will Event Realms begin taking bookings?
We are currently in pre-launch and expect to open booking dates in November 2026. Early Access members will be notified first.
Can I reserve a date right now?
Not yet. Plan My Event lets you tell us about your event, but it does not hold or reserve a date while pre-launch is active.
Are you accepting payments right now?
No. We are not collecting deposits, balances, or other event payments during pre-launch.
What is included with the Digital Experience?
The Digital Experience is currently listed at $399 for 3 hours and includes the 70-inch Magic Mirror, professional Canon camera, unlimited digital photo sessions during rental time, an Event Realms photo overlay, QR sharing, gallery access, props, red carpet, stanchions, setup, breakdown, and an attendant.
What is included with the Print Experience?
The Print Experience is currently listed at $599 for 4 hours and adds professional dye-sublimation printing and instant physical prints to the Digital Experience.
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes. Event Realms is designed as a hosted experience, so professional setup, an on-site attendant, and breakdown are included.
Does QR sharing require internet?
Online sharing options such as QR, email, and SMS can depend on venue connectivity. The booth will be configured with backup workflows where possible.
What areas do you serve?
We are launching in Atlanta and surrounding communities, including Decatur, Stone Mountain, and Stonecrest.
Can I create an account before launch?
Yes. Customers can create a profile now so their information and saved event plans are ready when bookings open.
Will pricing change at launch?
The current $399 Digital and $599 Print prices are introductory pre-launch pricing and may be updated before or after launch.
