Plan for roughly 8 by 8 feet plus a nearby standard outlet. The mirror itself is slim; the space is mostly so guests can pose and use props comfortably.

Those rooms have very different power access, loading routes and floor plans, so we confirm three practical things with your venue coordinator before your date: where the mirror can stand with roughly an 8 by 8 foot guest area, which standard outlet it will use, and whether load-in is street level, an elevator or a service corridor. Getting that settled early is the difference between a smooth setup and a rushed one.
