Reservations

A reservation request does not hold a date. Your date is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received. Until then, the date remains open to other clients.

Deposits and balances

The deposit amount is shown during booking and in your confirmation. The remaining balance is due before your event by the date stated on your confirmation. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of services.

Venue requirements

• An approximately 8 ft × 8 ft level, covered area with access to a standard power outlet within 25 ft.
• Load-in access at least 60–90 minutes before the start time.
• Outdoor setups must be covered and protected from weather.

Rental period

The rental period begins at the agreed start time. Delays caused by venue access or client-side changes do not extend the rental period. Additional hours may be purchased on site when available.

Conduct and damage

The client is responsible for damage to equipment caused by guests, beyond normal wear. We reserve the right to pause or end service if the safety of our staff or equipment is at risk.

Photos and usage

Guests may download and share their photos freely. We may request permission to feature event photos in our gallery; we will not publish them without the host's consent.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental. We are not responsible for events outside our control, including venue restrictions, power failures or severe weather.
