Terms that apply while using the Event Realms website during pre-launch.
No reservation by form submission
Joining Early Access, creating a customer profile, or submitting Plan My Event does not reserve a date, create a binding event booking, or guarantee future availability.
No payment obligation
The current pre-launch website does not require a booking deposit or event payment. A paid booking will only exist after Event Realms enables bookings and the customer completes the required booking process.
Optional SMS booking notifications
Customers who separately and voluntarily opt into Event Realms transactional SMS may receive booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and service-related messages. Frequency varies by event activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email contact@event-realms.com. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or booking. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your event or prevent essential communication by email.
Website content
We work to keep website information accurate, but pre-launch details may be updated as equipment, processes, pricing, and service areas are finalized.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use forms for spam or abuse.
Future booking terms
When live bookings open, event-specific contracts, payment schedules, cancellation terms, venue requirements, and service conditions may apply separately from these website terms.
