During pre-launch, we may collect information you choose to provide such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, customer profile information, and messages submitted through our forms.

How we use information

We use submitted information to operate customer accounts, respond to inquiries, manage Early Access, understand event interest, prepare for launch, and send service-related or opted-in launch communications.

Payments during pre-launch

Event Realms is not currently collecting event deposits or booking payments through this website. Payment information will be handled by our selected payment processor once paid bookings are enabled.

Data access and security

Account and lead information is stored in the systems used to operate Event Realms. Access to administrative information is restricted to authorized accounts.

Optional booking text messages (SMS)

If you voluntarily select the unchecked SMS consent box on an Event Realms inquiry or booking form, we may use the mobile number you provide to send event-related confirmations, scheduling changes, reminders, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies with your event activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email contact@event-realms.com. You can submit an inquiry without opting into SMS.

We use messaging providers such as Twilio to deliver opted-in texts and may store your consent choice, timestamp, and relevant message delivery records. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process information solely to deliver and support our communications.

Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data. Service providers may process necessary operational information only to deliver our communications, not for their own marketing.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. Our messaging program provides general customer care to answer questions and support customers. Messages will be sent from (404) 998-8864.
2. You may cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. We will send an unsubscribe confirmation. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program. To rejoin, opt in again as you originally did.
3. For assistance, reply HELP or contact contact@event-realms.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from you. Message frequency varies with communication needs. Contact your wireless provider about your text or data plan.

Marketing communications

Early Access and marketing messages are sent based on the information and permissions provided through the site. You may request that we stop marketing communications.

Third-party services
