Booking & Cancellation Policy
A pre-launch overview of how Event Realms expects to handle bookings once paid reservations open.
Future booking confirmation
A date will not be considered confirmed until the required booking steps are completed, which may include a signed agreement and required deposit or payment.
Balance timing
Final balance timing will be stated in the event agreement or invoice when bookings become active.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and force-majeure terms will be shown clearly in the applicable booking agreement before a customer pays.
Venue and access requirements
Customers may be responsible for providing accurate venue information, access windows, appropriate operating space, power, and other reasonable setup requirements described in the event agreement.
